We are back at the beautiful Jacaranda Golf Club for this year’s South Florida Claims Association fall golf tournament! And the night before, we will be having our annual election!

Time: Registration Begins at 6:30 AM, Shotgun start at 8:00 AM (Awards and lunch banquet to follow)

• Platinum Hole Sponsors – $650 (3 available) – ONLY this sponsorship allows alcoholic drinks and includes a bartender (bartender requirement of Jacaranda). Thank You DBI, ESi & First Onsite.
• Hole Sponsors – $550 (12 available) – NO alcoholic drink allowed.
All sponsorships will have your company’s sign displayed as golfers approach your sponsorship post (sponsor must provide high resolution logo at time of registration). Sponsors will be able to start setting up at daybreak. You are NOT allowed to drive or park vehicle on the course. Jacaranda attendants will assist in getting your items to/from designated post.

• “Show Off” Sponsor – $1,500 – Park and display company rig in parking lot

• Breakfast Sponsor – $600 (2 available) – Covers breakfast food and beverages

• Photographer Sponsor – $600 – Sponsor drives their own golf cart and take photographs

• Hole in One Sponsor – $800 – Sponsor to man hole during tournament
• Beat the Pro Sponsor – $600 – Sponsor at hole along with Golf Pro

• Most Honest Team Sponsor – $500
• Goodie Bag Sponsor – $550 – Sponsor provides goodie bag each golfer begin of tournament.
• Ball Drop – $600 – Sponsor sells/distributes balls at registration. Balls included in sponsorship.
Door Prizes are welcome! Please provide to event contacts or one of the event volunteers at time of registration—tape your business card on your door prize.
Refund Policy: Once a player has registered online, there are no refunds. Due to the extensive planning for event (banquet, food & beverage, gifts, etc.) the association must fulfill the contractual obligations to the course. There is no transfer of the tournament fee to a future event.
